Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any LazyPay product or service. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LazyPay website and your purchase of any LazyPay product or service, including digital playbooks and consulting sessions. "You" means the individual accessing our site or purchasing our products.
2. Digital Products — License & Delivery
When you purchase a LazyPay digital playbook, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product for your own personal purposes.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
- Reproduce or publish the content publicly
- Use the templates or scripts in a commercial service you offer to clients without written permission
- Claim authorship of the material
Digital products are delivered via download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of purchase. If you don't receive your download link, email hello@lazypay.com.
3. Consulting Services
LazyPay does not currently offer consulting services. This section will be updated if and when consulting is introduced. Any future consulting offerings will include their own terms, pricing, and cancellation policy at that time.
4. Refund Policy
Digital playbooks: All sales are final. Because playbooks are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds after the transaction is completed. We encourage you to review each playbook's description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a specific playbook is right for your situation, contact us at hello@lazypay.com before you buy — we're happy to help.
Chargebacks and disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@lazypay.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work to resolve any legitimate issues promptly.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
LazyPay products and services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that:
- The strategies or templates will work in your specific situation
- You will achieve any particular financial outcome
- The information will be accurate and current at all times

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LazyPay's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost savings, lost profits, or lost opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the LazyPay website and within our products — including text, templates, scripts, graphics, and design — is owned by LazyPay and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. User Conduct
By using our website, you agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
- Use our content to create competing products without written permission

12. SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from LazyPay LLC, you agree to the following:
1. You authorize LazyPay LLC to send recurring automated text messages to the mobile number provided, including payment request notifications, reminders, confirmations, and service updates.
2. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any LazyPay service.
3. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message from LazyPay. To get help, reply HELP or email hello@lazypay.com.
5. Messages are sent from (570) 529-9729. Save this number as "LazyPay" in your contacts.
6. LazyPay LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside our control, including carrier filtering or network issues.
7. These SMS terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
